Core Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage  CI/CD pipelines  and automated deployments across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Build and maintain  infrastructure as code (IaC)  using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
Implement and manage  containerization and orchestration  (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE).
Ensure  system reliability, scalability, and performance  through proactive monitoring and alerting.
Drive  cloud cost optimization, security hardening, and compliance  .
Collaborate with development teams to support  cloud-native application delivery  and troubleshoot issues.
Mentor junior engineers and promote  DevOps best practices and automation-first culture  .
Must-Have Skills
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in  multi-cloud environments  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in  CI/CD tools  (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Advanced knowledge of  Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation, ARM templates)  .
Expertise in  containerization orchestration  (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid hands-on experience with  Linux/Unix administration, networking, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)  .
Strong understanding of  cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks  .
Monitoring and observability experience with  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver  .
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring junior team members.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to  serverless architectures  (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions).
Hands-on experience with  service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)  .
Familiarity with  hybrid cloud / on-prem to cloud migration strategies  .
Knowledge of  DevSecOps practices  and security automation.
Experience in  FinOps (cloud cost governance and optimization)  .
Experience Requirements
7 15 years  of overall IT experience with at least  5+ years in DevOps/Cloud engineering roles  .
Hands-on experience with  multi-cloud environments  in production workloads.
Proven track record of designing and managing  enterprise-scale cloud-native infrastructure  .
